What are the welding methods of plastic film ultrasonic welder?
●Fusion method
The ultrasonic high-frequency vibration welding joint is used to generate friction heat and instantaneous fusion on the surface of two plastic joints under medium pressure. The welding strength is comparable to that of the body. With appropriate artificial products and reasonable interface design, it can be watertight and airtight, and auxiliary equipment is used to eliminate inconvenience.
●Riveting welding
The ultra-frequency vibration ultrasonic welding joint presses the protruding end of plastic products into rivet shape, so that different materials can be mechanically riveted together.
●Embedding
Under the welding head and appropriate pressure, the machine can squeeze metal parts (such as nuts, screws, etc.) into the reserved plastic holes and fix them at a certain depth. It can avoid the damage of injection mold and the defect of slow injection molding.
