Q: What are the key points to pay attention to when adjusting the frequency of the ultrasonic horn?
A: HORN frequency adjustment
In order to achieve the best use effect and maintain the performance of this machine, it is very important to adjust the resonance of the vibrating box and the vibration system.
(1) Before tuning, the welding head and the transmission must be securely locked. When tuning, do not touch the welding head with the work object.
(2) Find the box cover on the right side of the vibration box, and there is a frequency adjustment screw inside.
(3) ultrasonic bag machine press the sound wave check button on the vibrating box, and watch the instructions of the ammeter first.
(4) Rotate the frequency adjustment screw left and right until the ammeter indicates at the lowest position, usually when the power adjustment knob points to 0, the pointer is 0,3~0,7A.
(5) Note: a. When turning the frequency adjustment screw, the pointer of the ammeter moves up and down, not the size of the power output, but only the degree of resonance between the vibrator box and the dynamic system (the lower the indication, the better the resonance).
b. When the ammeter oscillates under no-load, it indicates the degree of resonance; when the load oscillates, it indicates the output energy.
c. The correct tuning is very important. If the normal condition cannot be achieved, it should not be used reluctantly to avoid damage to the parts.
