Working principle of ultrasonic vibrating screen:
Ultrasonic vibrating screening sieve is to convert 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electric energy into 18KHz high-frequency electric energy, input the ultrasonic transducer, and turn it into 18KHz mechanical vibration, so as to achieve efficient screening and screen cleaning. On the basis of traditional vibrating screen, the system introduces a low amplitude and high frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen mesh to superimpose a high frequency and low amplitude ultrasonic vibration wave on the screen mesh. Ultrafine powder receives huge ultrasonic acceleration, so that the materials on the screen surface remain suspended all the time, so as to inhibit blocking factors such as adhesion, friction, leveling and wedging. It solves the screening problems such as strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high fineness, high density, and light specific gravity, making the screening of ultra-fine powder no longer difficult, especially suitable for users of high-quality and fine powder.
First of all, we need to understand what we need to do to adjust the amplitude. The amplitude adjustment of ultrasonic vibrating screen is related to the screening output and accuracy of materials. The amplitude can be adjusted in 3 stages from low to high.
Low amplitude: it is mainly used for materials with heavy material proportion and good fluidity, so it is unnecessary to make materials jump very high;
Medium amplitude: It is mainly used for screening general materials, which can not only prevent materials from blocking the screen, but also prevent materials from jumping too high;
High amplitude: It is mainly applied to materials with light specific gravity, high viscosity, static electricity and other materials, so that the materials will not stick, and the high amplitude of ultrasonic wave will disperse the materials, which is more conducive to the screening of materials.
Adjustment of eccentric block of ultrasonic vibrating sieving:
1. Weight of eccentric block: increase the weight of eccentric block (increase the weight of secondary eccentric block) to increase the amplitude of ultrasonic vibrating screen. The lower eccentric block controls the upper and lower amplitude of the screen machine, and the upper eccentric block controls the left and right amplitude of the screen machine;
2. Angle of eccentric block: adjust the angle of eccentric block to control the running track of materials on the screen. For specific adjustment angle, refer to the attached manual of ultrasonic vibro screen and adjust it according to the characteristics of materials
