Precautions during operation of Ultrasonic Lace Making Machine
1. Regular inspection of the mold head:
(1) The parallelism between the flat surface of the mold head and the flower wheel should be checked regularly. Generally, their parallelism is required to be less than 0.02mm. If it exceeds this standard, it must be adjusted before working
(2) If the working surface of the mold head experiences wear and dents, resulting in poor fabric melting during operation, the mold head must be removed and the working surface ground
Install the work after leveling Attention: If the mold head is uneven, it can be ground several times, but the cumulative amount of grinding should not exceed 2mm. Otherwise, the mold head will be scrapped due to changes in working frequency and the disappearance of surface hardening layer
(3) Inspection of the matching of the working frequency between the mold head and the ultrasonic generator assembly: Note that this item should be checked before starting work every day.
The method is to turn on the power switch, then reverse the test switch board towards the "ultrasonic test" direction, and observe if there is one of the following phenomena, the frequency should be corrected:
A. Gently touch the working surface of the mold head with your hand to feel the weak ultrasonic amplitude
B. Abnormal noise generated
C. Abnormal burning of the mold head
D. When adjusting the excessive oscillation amplitude of the ammeter on the generator assembly panel, use a "one" screwdriver on the tuner on the panel to fine tune the correction frequency step by step (usually no more than 45o clockwise or counterclockwise adjustment) until the ammeter pointer oscillates to the minimum and the above phenomenon disappears. If it still cannot work after calibration, do not step on the foot switch and cut off the power to stop working, otherwise it will damage the equipment.
2. Flower wheel inspection: The pattern of the flower wheel must remain sharp and its hardness should be maintained between 50 to 55 Rockwell degrees. Poor quality worn or rusted flower wheels should not be used to avoid affecting product quality or causing accelerated wear of the mold head due to incorrect application of flower wheel pressure.
3. Pressure control: The pressure required by the machine during operation is generally determined by the following factors:
(1) The pattern of the flower wheel is relatively complex and requires a slight increase in pressure.
(2) The pattern of the flower wheel is not sharp enough and needs to be slightly enlarged

(3) The sound wave amplitude of the mold head is small, and the pressure needs to be slightly increased.
(4) The processed fabric material with a higher content of chemical fibers (such as NYLON) can have lower pressure, while conversely (such as IC fabric), the pressure must be slightly increased.
(5) The processed fabric is thick and thin, and thicker fabrics require a slight increase in pressure.
(6) Different processing speeds require a slight increase in pressure at high speeds. Attention: If there are quality issues with domestic products, please identify the reasons that affect the quality and do not use increased pressure on the flower wheel to solve them. Because simply pursuing pressure to solve problems can easily cause medium speed wear on the surface of the mold head or the pattern of the flower wheel, as well as other faults. Therefore, as long as the quality of the processed product is good, the lower the pressure, the better.
4. When the current indicator pointer of the ammeter on the panel of the ultrasonic generator assembly is greater than 1.2A when the equipment is unloaded, it indicates that the frequency of the generator is offset or abnormal. It needs to be stopped for frequency correction or inspection before use
5. The ultrasonic generator assembly is sensitive to the stability of the rated input voltage. It is recommended to install an electronic automatic voltage regulator.
