Analysis Of Screening Operation Types Of Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen

Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a sharp tool for screening ultra-fine materials. Screening is the operation of classifying different particle sizes and mixtures according to particle size by using the screen. Screening is used in industry, food, medicine, construction, grain and other industries.

According to the different functions of screening operation in gravel production, there are two types of screening operation:

1.1 Auxiliary screening. This kind of screening plays an auxiliary role in crushing operation in the whole production. There are usually two forms: the first is pre screening. Before the stone enters the crusher, the fine particles are separated so that they can enter the next processing procedure directly without going through the crushing of this section. This can not only improve the productivity of the crusher, but also reduce the over crushing of crushed stone. The second is the form of inspection and screening, which is usually set after the crushing operation to screen and inspect the crushed products, and then crush the unqualified products or discard them. Inspection screening is sometimes used to prevent too large stones from entering the crusher before crushing, so as to ensure the smooth progress of crushing production.

1.2 Selection screening.

In the production of crushed stone, this kind of screening is mainly used to classify the products according to the particle size. Selection screening is generally set after crushing operation. It can also be used to remove impurities, such as desliming and dehydration of stones. The sequence of selecting screening operation is:

1) Screening from fine to coarse: this screening sequence arranges the screen surface side by side, which is convenient for discharging and can reduce the inclusion of fine particles. However, when this screening sequence is adopted, the structural size of the machine is large, and because all materials pass through the fine screen surface first, the damage of the fine screen surface is accelerated;

2) Screening from coarse to fine: this screening sequence can overlap the screen surface according to the thickness, and the screen structure is compact. At the same time, the screen surface with the size of the screen hole is arranged on it, which is not easy to wear; Its disadvantage is that the finest particles must pass through all sieve surfaces, which increases the chance of mixing fine particles in super products.

3) Mixed screening: in modern screening technology, the screening sequence from coarse to fine is mostly adopted. In some cases, mixed screening sequence is adopted, which generally requires two screening machines.
