1. Ultrasonic vibrator transducer is damp

A megger can be used to check the plug connected with the ultrasound transducer. Two pins are the positive pole of the ultrasonic transducer, and three pins are the negative pole of the ultrasonic transducer, which are connected with the shell of the ultrasound transducer. The basic situation can be judged by checking the insulation resistance value between 2.3 pins. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 30 megohm. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, the transducer is generally damp. Put the whole ultrasonic transducer (excluding the plastic sprayed shell) into the oven and set it at about 100 ℃ for drying for 3 hours, or use an electric hair dryer to remove the moisture until the rent value is normal.


2. The ultrasonic transducer vibrator is ignited and the ceramic material is broken.

It can be checked with the naked eye and megger. Generally, it is used as an emergency treatment measure. It can disconnect individual damaged oscillators and will not affect the normal use of other oscillators.


3. Ultrasonic transducer vibrator degumming

Our transducer adopts the double guarantee process of glue cleaning and screw fastening. In general, this situation will not occur. Due to the function of the screw, the vibrator will not fall on the vibrating surface after degumming. The general judgment method is to gently shake the tail of the vibrator by hand and carefully observe the glue on the vibrating surface. Generally, the output power of ultrasonic generator power supply is normal after the vibrator is degummed. However, due to the poor connection between the vibrator and the vibrating surface, the vibrating effect of the vibrating surface is not good, and the vibrator may be burned out after a long time. The treatment method of vibrator degumming is not troublesome. Generally, it can only be sent back to the manufacturer for solution. The most effective way to avoid vibrator degumming is to pay attention to repairing the impact vibration surface during normal use.


4. Vibration surface perforation

Generally, the vibration surface perforation may occur after the transducer has been used at full load for years, which is caused by the long-term high-frequency fatigue of the stainless steel plate of the vibration surface. The vibration surface perforation indicates that the service life of the ultrasonic transducer has come and can only be replaced.


5. Design of ultrasonic transducer

There are two types of transducers used for ultrasonic cleaning, one is magnetostrictive energy exchange, and the other is piezoelectric transducer. Magnetostrictive transducer has low electroacoustic efficiency. Moreover, nickel material is expensive and the manufacturing process is complex, so it is rarely used at present. At present, there is a kind of mechanical transducer made of iron, which has low acoustic capacity and low electrical strength.


At present, ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers are mainly used in China because of their high electroacoustic conversion efficiency. The price of raw materials is cheap, and it is easy to manufacture different structures to meet different cleaning requirements. There are many kinds of piezoelectric transducers, such as cylindrical, horn and so on. After comparison, it is determined that the horn sandwich piezoelectric transducer is more suitable as the ultrasonic transducer.
