Why Does The Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine Heat Up The Solution Without Heating?
May 14, 2022
1. Heat generated by ultrasonic transducer operation
When the ultrasonic cleaning machine is working, the ultrasonic transducer installed at the bottom of the cleaning tank will generate heat in the continuous high-frequency vibration, resulting in the rise of the solution temperature in the cleaning tank.
2. Ultrasonic cavitation effect produces high temperature
In the process of ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic cavitation effect can produce high temperature locally. Ultrasonic cavitation effect refers to that the microbubbles in the cleaning solution will increase rapidly under the action of ultrasonic vibration, and then burst suddenly, resulting in shock wave and local high temperature at the moment of bubble rupture. When tens of thousands of microbubbles in the cleaning tank burst at the same time, and under the continuous action of ultrasonic, the temperature of the cleaning solution will gradually rise.
