Ultrasound welding machine is the product of high technology. It integrates microcomputer, ultrasonic, electronic and mechanical technology. When welding plastic, the ultrasonic welding machine needs to add any adhesive and flux, does not need to use heat source, and has the advantages of simple operation and fast welding speed. The welded parts have high fastness, smooth surface, tightness and consistency of finished products. The ultrasonic generator in the ultrasonic welding machine generates high-frequency electric energy, which is then converted into high-frequency vibration mechanical energy by the piezoelectric transducer, and finally transmitted to the welding die in direct contact with the weldment through the horn.
Due to different sizes and shapes of welding objects, the corresponding die design is more complex. Its shapes include circle, cone and rectangle. For die with transverse length exceeding mm, vertical slotting is also required to suppress resonance and reduce stress. Finally, the high-frequency mechanical vibration on the die is transmitted to the welding surface of the plastic part.

FAQ
Does the ultrasound welding machine have radiation?
At present, there is no relevant proof that the radiation of ultrasonic welding machine does too much harm to human body, but the only disadvantage is that the secondary friction between machine welding head and plastic parts will produce infrasound wave, which is 90db-120db, which has obviously exceeded the threshold of 70dB of the highest noise level.
However, the generation time and duration of sound waves are short, and the damage to human ears is not obvious. However, the personnel on the production line for a long time must wear anti noise devices, such as earplugs and earmuffs, to avoid tinnitus and dizziness, and to prevent the impact of long-time work on hearing.
