2、 What is the most suitable water temperature setting for ultrasonic cleaning?
If there is no specific instruction from the manufacturer of the device and cleaning agent, the water temperature for cleaning the device is generally between 27 and 43 degrees Celsius, because too low a water temperature cannot cause multi enzyme activation, and the cleaning effect will be greatly reduced. If the water temperature is too high, exceeding 60 degrees Celsius, it will cause protein to solidify, making it more difficult to remove.
3、 Each time the ultrasonic cleaning machine changes water, it is necessary to exhaust the air before ultrasonic cleaning. Because excessive air bubbles can be generated during the filling process, these existing air bubbles can hinder the transmission of ultrasonic energy.
4、 How to exhaust?
After filling the ultrasonic cleaning machine with water, close the lid and let it run idle for 5 to 10 minutes to discharge the gas in the water. However, exhaust can only be operated when the water tank is filled with water, not when water is entering, to avoid causing damage to the equipment.
5、 When does ultrasonic cleaning require changing the cleaning solution?
Of course, one wash and one change is the safest and most efficient. If the actual situation cannot be achieved, the following two points can be referred to: 1. Visually, if the water is dirty, it should be replaced; 2. Replace regularly at predetermined intervals to prevent dirty particles from redepositing on the instrument.

7、 After each water change, check the residue at the drain and clean the water tank to avoid clogging. Details determine success or failure.
