Q：How to select the frequency of the generator for multi tank ultrasonic cleaning machine?

The frequency of the generator can be fine tuned. Since it is difficult to find the harmonic point, the generator has a fixed frequency value. According to the different frequency of the transducer on each slot of the multi slot ultrasonic cleaning machine, the generator is also different.

Q：What about the matters needing attention when using the ultrasonic cleaning power controller？

1. The air vents on both sides of the equipment and the rear fans shall be more than 10cm away from the control cabinet and walls.

2. Ensure that the equipment is placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place.

3. The ambient temperature shall be controlled below 40 ℃, and the service life will be seriously affected if the temperature is too high for a long time.

4. Please connect the electric wire or the power line to the ground wire to avoid electric leakage and electric shock.

5. The working voltage shall be 220V ± 10V. If the voltage is too high (too low) or unstable, please use voltage stabilizing equipment such as voltage stabilizer. If the voltage is lower than 200V, restart will occur.

6. The high-power machine is connected to the low-power vibration plate (or cleaning machine). Due to the different inductance, it can be used after readjusting the machine according to the adjustment steps.
