Easy to damage reasons :(no load power consumption and poor material quality.)
2; The generator is responsible for power output and device protection (including control program).
Reasons for easy damage :(its own quality and protection function problems.)
3; The amplitude modulator amplifies the amplitude. Easy to damage reasons :(no load loss and aluminum alloy material).
4. The die is responsible for the pressure welding product (terminal output, maximum amplitude, determines the operating frequency of the whole system). It is the most vulnerable component in the whole system. Easy to damage reasons: materials and manufacturing process (acoustic vibration, hot, the most common is no load power loss).
When the mold design and manufacturing technology is not fine will appear (large frequency deviation, acoustic vibration, hot, the most common is no load power loss) lead to other parts overload bad state of work (sick overload work). The system protection alarm will be triggered only when the parameter deviation reaches the upper limit (warning: the protection system will not be triggered when the parameter deviation of each component is too large but does not reach the upper limit of protection). 2. Amplitude modulator is an amplitude amplifying device (like a power amplifier) (titanium alloy is the best choice).
3. Recombination of optimized amplitudes; Transducer, titanium alloy amplitude-modulator, mold more durable.
General: transducer 20umX amplitude modulator 2.5 X mold (HORN) 1.5 times = total output amplitude 75um.
Optimal: Transducer 15umX amplitude5.0x X mold (HORN) 1.0x = total output amplitude 75um.
