Precautions When Using Ultrasonic Oscillator

1) It is not allowed to turn on the ultrasonic cleaning oscillator when there is no cleaning solution in the cleaning tank, and the height of the liquid level in the machine shall not be less than one-third of the tank depth

(2) When the user has never used the ultrasonic oscillator, he should first select an object and a certain amount of cleaning solution for the experiment to avoid problems. After the appropriate time, power, frequency and type of cleaning agent are adjusted, a large amount of cleaning can be carried out to achieve the best cleaning effect.

(3) When cleaning precision or valuable objects, the instrument should be rinsed with pure water or distilled water for a period of time to remove the protective agent used when the instrument leaves the factory, and then the objects can be cleaned.

(4) If the objects to be cleaned are precision parts, they should be cleaned one by one and oiled immediately after cleaning when the ultrasonic cleaner oscillator is used for cleaning

(5) Select appropriate cleaning agent: a. It is prohibited to directly use strong acid and alkali, flammable, explosive and volatile solvent for ultrasonic oscillator; b. The use of volatile solvents needs to be guarded; c. Under normal conditions, the instrument will rise after 15 minutes of continuous operation. Pay attention to the temperature requirements of the selected cleaning agent. Most of the cleaning agents should not exceed 60 ℃ to avoid poor effect or even accidents after overheating; d. If the special cleaning agent cannot contact the cleaning tank, it can be cleaned indirectly, that is, put clean water in the cleaning tank, and put the cleaning agent and objects in an appropriate container. The entire container can be placed on the grid frame in the tank, which can also be cleaned by ultrasonic.
