
Ultrasonic Power Transducers
The ultrasonic power transducers consists of a central piezoelectric ceramic element, front and rear metal cover plates, prestressed screws, electrodes and insulating tubes. This kind of sandwich transducer (also known as bolt type transducer) generates stable ultrasonic wave when the load changes, which is the most basic and main method to obtain the power ultrasonic driving source.
The ultrasonic power transducers is composed of central piezoelectric ceramic elements, front and rear metal cover plates, prestressed screws, electrodes and insulating tubes. This kind of sandwich transducer (also known as bolt transducer) produces stable ultrasonic wave when the load changes. It is the most basic and main method to obtain power ultrasonic driving source.
According to different designs, the shapes of ultrasonic transducers are mainly column type (the diameter of front and rear metal cover plates are the same), horn type (the diameter of front cover plates is excessively reduced by arc type), and column type structure with joints in the middle.
