Jiayuanda handheld ultrasonic welding machine W10/W10S is also called the handheld ultrasonic spot welding machine. Usage of Ultrasonic Riviting Spot Welder:

1: Connect one end of the cable to the output control cable connector on the vibration generator, and the other end to the output control cable socket on the back of the electrical box, and tighten it.

2: Wipe the connection surface of the welding head clean, connect it to the transducer of the vibration cylinder, and tighten it with a wrench. Attention: When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the two connecting surfaces between the welding head and the transducer match and are locked tightly. The phenomenon of connecting screws being too long or the sliding teeth being unable to lock should not be caused, otherwise the sound wave transmission may not be smooth and the machine may be damaged.

3: When loading and unloading the welding head, two wrenches must be used to clamp the welding and transducer separately. It is not allowed to lock or load only one part to avoid damage to the portable vibration cylinder.

4: After checking the installation of points 1 and 2, plug the power cord socket into the external power socket and turn the power switch. At this time, the power indicator light will light up.

5: Gently press the sound wave control switch, and you can hear the "creaking" sound from the welding head when the sound wave is transmitted to the welding head, indicating that the machine is working normally and can be put into use.

6: When there is an abnormality in the operation of the machine, do not disassemble the equipment without permission. Please notify the supplier or send the equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and repair.

① No display when turning on the device power

③ Excessive current and overload when using equipment for welding

Encountering this situation may be due to excessive ultrasonic welding head and high impact current, requiring replacement of high-power equipment; Secondly, it may be caused by high triggering pressure and long delay time. Therefore, it is necessary to lower the triggering pressure and reduce the delay time; In addition, the air pressure may be too high, and it needs to be lowered; Finally, it may be due to the high transformation ratio of the secondary pole, so simply switch to a low magnification secondary pole.
