Spatial Location Of Ultrasonic Welds

The spatial position of ultrasonic weld: the structure of the workpiece determines the position of the workpiece in space. The position of the workpiece in the space is different, the position of the ultrasonic weld is not the same. Ultrasonic welds can be divided into flat welds, transverse welds, vertical welds and invert welds in space. 

1. Flat weld: The weld in any direction on the horizontal plane is called flat weld, and the welding on the flat weld is called flat weld.

2. Transverse weld: the horizontal weld in the vertical plane is called the transverse weld.

3. Vertical weld: the vertical weld in the vertical plane is called the vertical weld.

4. Invert weld: horizontal plane at the bottom of any direction of the weld called invert weld.
