Ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, cleaning tank and box:
1. Ultrasonic box:
The screen of the ultrasonic cleaner is equipped with an ammeter, a main power switch, an output power socket, and a frequency power regulating switch; The rear side is equipped with a switch power inlet power socket and a fuse tube.
2. Ultrasonic generator:
It is composed of power transformer and rectifier system, oscillator, driving stage, power amplifier circuit and output transformer.
3. Cleaning tank:
It is composed of stainless steel groove, composite transducer and matching inductor. The transducer shall be placed at the bottom of the stainless steel tank, and the damping device shall be padded between the stainless steel tank and the box frame.

1. Frequency:
The frequency ≥ 20KHz can be divided into three bands: low frequency, medium frequency and high frequency.
2. Cleaning medium:
Ultrasonic cleaning is adopted. Generally, there are two types of cleaning agents: chemical solvent and water-based cleaning agent. The chemical effect of the cleaning medium can also accelerate the effect of ultrasonic cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning is a physical effect. The two functions are combined to thoroughly clean the articles.
3. Power density:
Power density=emission power (W)/emission area (cm2) generally ≥ 0.3W/cm2. The higher the power density of ultrasound, the higher the cavitation effect, the faster the speed, and the better the cleaning effect. However, for precision and highly smooth items, long-term high power density cleaning will cause "cavitation" corrosion on the surface of the items.
4. Ultrasonic frequency:
The less the ultrasonic frequency is, the easier the cavitation will be generated in the liquid process, the less the strength is generated, and the higher the function is. It is mainly used for the initial cleaning of the workpiece (coarse and dirty). If the frequency is high, the direction of ultrasonic wave is strong, and it is mainly used for careful cleaning of articles.
5. Cleaning temperature:
In general, the cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave at 30 ℃ - 40 ℃ is the best. The higher the temperature is, the more obvious the function is. Generally, the working temperature of 50 ℃ - 70 ℃ is used when ultrasonic is applied.
