2. The correct selection of cleaning agent is very important for the cleaning effect. The cleaning agent should be determined according to the adhesion on the surface of the object to be cleaned. Generally, there are oil remover, rust remover, paint remover, carbon remover, wax remover, and other organic chemical cleaning agents. Do not inject the solution containing strong acid and alkali into the cleaning tank to corrode the cleaning tank.
3. During the working process of the ultrasonic cleaner, it will make the liquid produce a certain temperature. The liquid temperature produced by the liquid is generally stable at about 55 ℃ in summer and about 45 ℃ in winter. If solvent is selected for cleaning, it is necessary to pay attention to know the ignition temperature of solvent? If flammable solvent is used for cleaning, pay attention to the temperature change in the cleaning tank. If the liquid temperature is too high, turn off the ultrasonic power supply and wait for the solvent temperature to drop before cleaning to ensure safety. If flammable solvent is used for cleaning, "heating is not allowed", otherwise fire may occur.
4. Put the object to be cleaned into the cleaning basket or special fixture, and the object to be cleaned will have better cleaning effect if it does not contact with the tank.
5. The heater is installed at the position below 2/3 of the rear side of the inner tank. When heating, do not touch the heating plate with your hands, and be careful of scalding. When the liquid level is less than 2/3 of the inner tank height, it cannot be heated. It is recommended not to heat the ultrasonic inner tank solution to 80 ℃ for a long time, which will shorten the service life of the ultrasonic cleaner.
