Q：Eight technical difficulties and solutions in commissioning the Ultrasonic Earloop Welder

1. Insufficient length of ear strap:

The main reason is that a part of the wire feeding mechanism is jammed, or the stroke of the stroke cylinder is insufficient,

Focus on the inspection of wire feeding mechanism, wire wheel and other components. The ear belt is not in the three wire wheels, the ear belt wire hole has sharp edges, the ear belt is knotted, the ear belt wire feeding sensor is broken, the ear belt wire feeding motor does not act, and the guide wheel of the ear belt wire feeding sensor has a short rising stroke.

2. Ear strap cannot be welded:

Generally, it is caused by the ultrasonic wave not working, or the stroke of the welding pen is not enough. Adjust the stroke of the welding pen cylinder to the appropriate position. The ultrasonic problem is relatively complex.

It is suggested to check from the following points: restart the ultrasonic first, check whether the power supply is abnormal, and check whether the frequency is normal. You can determine the ultrasonic frequency search by yourself,

Setting method: adjust to the parameter setting interface, working mode: automatic, press the start key to search the matching frequency by yourself, repeat the search for three times, take the intermediate value and enter the frequency manually;

Poor heat dissipation of the transducer caused by too long working time is the main problem that cannot be welded, which can be adjusted by the above methods.

3. Poor welding:

The welding time is too short, the stroke of the welding pen cylinder is adjusted, and the air pressure is insufficient (generally more than 0.4MPa).

4. Too heavy solder joint:

The welding time is too long, the power is too high, and the welding pen cylinder cannot be adjusted.

5. One spot welding is too heavy or not firm:

Please adjust the level of die head and welding pen

6. Different welding positions of ear belt:

The film can't be placed properly, the mask belt is biased when the conveyor chain acts, the ear belt rotates, the stroke of the cylinder is adjusted, and the thread end of the ear belt is bent, etc.

7. The welding wire end of ear belt is too long or too short:

The ear belt is stretched to form the cylinder adjustment, which is generally caused by the looseness of the buffer and coupling screws, and the position of the scissors changes.

8. Scissors cutting constantly:

The scissors cylinder is faulty, the air pressure is insufficient, the scissors blade is worn, the scissors screw is loose, the scissors spring is damaged, etc.
