Product Description:
The ultrasonic botanical extraction machine is an ultrasonic-assisted extraction machine. It uses high-frequency cavitation to break plant cell walls under low-temperature conditions, rapidly releasing essential oil, flavonoids, alkaloids, polysaccharides and other bioactive substances into solvents. It is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional heating reflux and long maceration extraction. High-frequency ultrasonic waves generate tiny cavitation bubbles inside liquid solvent. When bubbles implode violently, powerful shock waves and micro-jets rupture plant cell membranes. Combined with mechanical stirring effect, active ingredients dissolve quickly without high-temperature heating. The whole extraction process runs at 40~60°C to protect heat-sensitive compounds.
