Method of installing screen mesh on Ultrasonic Deblinding System

The installation of the screen mesh is also different from that of a regular rotary vibrating screen. Generally, the installation of the rotary vibrating screen only requires dismantling the old screen, fixing the new screen on the frame with rubber rings, and then cutting off the excess part. However, the installation of the ultrasonic deblinding mesh will be a little bit complicated. Due to its installation of an ultrasonic vibration sieve system, the screen used for mesh installation is a sticky mesh structure, which is different from ordinary rotary vibrating screens. Firstly, use a fixture to fix the screen mesh onto the ultrasonic mesh frame. The screen surface must be flat and under tension. Then, use AB adhesive to firmly fix the screen mesh. After 12-24 hours of bonding, remove the fixture and cut off any excess screen mesh before use. The advantage of using adhesive mesh installation is that it can effectively prevent the problem of material not being discharged after screening caused by loose mesh;

  •  The method of changing mesh with tensioning tools:

1. Clean the mesh frame thoroughly and wipe the bonding surface with a clean soft cloth dipped in acetone;
2. Lay the tension mesh ring flat on a clean surface, place the screen to be installed on the screen mesh ring, lock the clamp, and make the screen mesh flat on the tension mesh ring;
3. Support the grid in a suspended position, mix it thoroughly with KD-504A two in one adhesive, and apply it evenly and continuously on the grid;
4. Place the tension mesh ring steadily on the mesh frame (note: place the tension mesh ring facing down on the mesh frame), and evenly and steadily place the pressure block screws around the tension mesh ring, so that the surrounding force is even and the glue on the mesh frame penetrates onto the sieve. Wait for the glue to completely dry (in a constant temperature environment, it needs to be dried for 12 hours);
5. After loosening the pressure block screw, loosen the locking clamp on the tension mesh ring, remove the tension mesh ring, and it can be used.

  •  Quick mesh changing without tension mesh tools:

1. The steps are the same as above;
2. Place the installed screen flat on a clean surface and place the mesh frame on the screen.

Attention: Grid direction - the position where the transducer is installed is facing upwards;
3. Roll up the screen beyond the frame from the edge of the frame and tighten it. Use instant drying glue (502 glue is sufficient) to stick the rolled up screen points to the back of the frame, making the screen flat and tight on the frame;
4. Install the sealing rubber ring on the grid frame;
5. Install the mesh frame on the screening machine, press the upper frame, lock the tie ring, (while tightening the tie ring nuts, use a rubber hammer to evenly tap the circumference of the tie ring to evenly distribute force), and use the upper frame to press the mesh onto the mesh frame;
6. Apply adhesive evenly on the bonding surface, while gently gripping the sieve with your fingers to evenly disperse the adhesive. Wait for about 30 minutes before applying the adhesive again, and wait until it is completely dry before use.
