The Immersible Ultrasonic Transducers Box device is composed of two parts: the ultrasonic transducer vibrating plate and the ultrasonic generator. If there is an ordinary cleaning tank, this device can be directly put into use. The ultrasonic vibrating plate and the ultrasonic transducer are connected to the closed stainless steel 316 and 314 material box, which is connected to the separate ultrasonic generator through the lead wire, and it can be easily placed in the cleaning solution. It is usually used in large electroplating production lines and various non-standard equipment. According to the placement position, maintenance and replacement can be divided into bottom swing type, side hanging type and overhead type. The ultrasonic power is designed according to the actual size of the tank. The ultrasonic frequency is usually 25kHz, 28kHz, 40KHz, 68KHz, 80kHz, 120kHz, etc. The ultrasonic part of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is usually made of stainless steel plate as the transducer array as the bottom of the cleaning tank, and it is packaged on the top of the cleaning tank to facilitate maintenance.

The Immersible Ultrasonic Transducers Box provides great flexibility for the design of ultrasonic cleaning system, and greatly improves the performance of ultrasonic cleaning. Available frequencies include 25 kHz, 40 kHz, 72 kHz, 80 kHz, 104 kHz, 120 kHz, 140 kHz, 170 kHz, 220 kHz and 270 kHz. Immersion ultrasonic sensors can be installed on the side and bottom of the cleaning tank, depending on the shape of the cleaning tank. In general, it is recommended to install the sensor on the side of the cleaning tank.
The ultrasonic transducer adopts large-size 316L stainless steel structure. All joints are fully penetration welded by experienced welders in our own facilities using inert gas. Each unit is pre tested before packaging to ensure that all sensor components operate effectively. The assembled equipment will be functional tested in liquid at least 24 hours before shipment.
