Ultrasonic plastic welding machine detection:

In order to achieve the best use effect and maintain the performance of the machine, it is very important to adjust the resonance between the generator and the transducer system.

A: Before tuning, ensure that the ultrasonic welding head and the secondary rod must be locked. When tuning, the welding head shall not touch other objects.

B: Turn on the ultrasonic plastic welding welder power switch, and the power indicator is on.

C: Press the ultrasonic test switch and look at the load meter (if the pointer of the ammeter exceeds 30% or 2A, the time to press the ultrasonic test switch should be very short), adjust the tuning inductance, and rotate it left and right until the load ammeter is at the minimum position, usually between 5% - 15% or 300MA-900MA.

D: Since the machine is equipped with a clamping position, the adjustment range of the tuning inductance is only 360 degrees. If the frequency of the ultrasound welding head is far different from 20KHZ or 15KHZ, open the machine cover and disassemble the fixed position for adjustment.

Calibration of ultrasonic plastic welding machine:

In order to achieve high production efficiency, the distance between the welding head and the plastic parts shall be as short as possible, but enough space shall be reserved to facilitate the taking and placing of plastic parts.

A. Place the plastic parts in the base and adjust the air pressure to about 2Kg. Use the lifting switch of the welding head to make the upper and lower touch aligned.

B. Select a suitable distance between the welding head and the plastic part to lock the frame fixing handle.

C. Adjust the limit bolt so that there is still about 0.2mm space after the welding head descends and compresses the plastic part. (For plastic parts with higher welding depth requirements, this space shall be increased accordingly).

D. Adjust the welding, pressure holding time, air pressure and test welding samples.

Observe the sample piece. If uneven welding is found, the balance of the base needs to be adjusted carefully. The general principle is that the more severely the welding part is welded, the lower it should be. Put paper on the opposite position of the base to raise the corresponding position of the base, so that the plastic part and the welding head are well matched.
