Method for height of ultrasonic welding machine frame:
1. Adjust the air pressure to a position higher than 1.5 kg
2. Press the ultrasonic mold falling switch once, and the position of self-locking will make the ultrasonic mold fall
3. Place the ultrasonic bottom mold on the workbench under the ultrasonic welding machine frame, and loosen the handle that locks the frame
4. The height of the shaking machine is adjusted by the hand wheel to make the ultrasonic mold coincide with the top surface of the plastic part, lock the frame, and fix the bottom mold with a splint
5. Lift the falling stroke adjusting screw back 1~2mm, and lock the screw with nut
6. Press the mold falling switch of ultrasonic welding machine again to cancel the self-locking position. At this time, the ultrasonic mold returns to the suspended state
