To produce a set of ultrasonic welding horn moulds, the following factors shall be considered:
1. product requirements: it is necessary to consider the service life / wear rate of the ultrasonic welding mold, then to determine which metal to used
2. product shape: it is necessary to consider what kind of welding process is required for welding; the size of the ultrasonic welding tool mold, the pressure transmission area; whether the product will be deformed during fusion; and whether the work can be completed by one-time welding.
3. plastic properties of the product: it is necessary to consider the working vibration amplitude of the mold; and the form, position and size of the melting line
