- Daily maintenance and upkeep of Children Toys Ultrasonic Welding Machine
1. Generally, it is to clean the dust, tighten the screws, check whether the voltage is stable, whether the current is normal, and whether the temperature is too high.
2. It is best to regularly check whether the no-load current is the minimum every day and whether the frequency is biased. Frequent biased operation can easily crack the mold and ensure that the transducer is functioning properly.
3. When checking, the most important thing is to listen to the sound and check if the oscillating components are loose.
- Precautions for using ultrasonic plastic welding machine
1. The plastic welding machine directly uses 220V mains power, so before powering on, the plastic welding machine should be properly grounded, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms.
2. When the mains voltage changes by more than 10%, an AC voltage regulator should be installed on the plastic welding machine to ensure efficient and safe operation of the welding machine.
3. After powering on, do not place your hands under the upper welding mold to avoid high-frequency vibration and high-voltage damage
4. When ultrasonic waves produce sound, the upper welding die should not come into contact with the lower welding die, fixture, and workbench to avoid damage to the components.
5. Before welding, it is important to perform a sound wave test, especially when replacing the welding mold. This operation should not be neglected.
6. Welding molds should be designed, processed, and calibrated by professional manufacturers, otherwise, it may damage the ultrasonic energy transfer system of the plastic welding machine.
7. A decrease in frequency during plastic welding can produce audible noise, and it is recommended that long-term operators wear ear protectors.
The explanation is as follows
1. Power switch: The power connection switch of the electrical box. After turning on this switch, the power supply of the machine is connected and the power indicator light is on.
2. Welding time control knob: Set the ultrasonic vibration time and adjust this knob according to the requirements of the workpiece to achieve the welding effect.
3. Fan mesh: The fan protection mesh for heat dissipation inside the electrical box. Attention: Do not insert your fingers into the fan mesh to avoid scratching your fingers. Do not block the fan mesh with items and maintain smooth ventilation.
4. Output control cable socket: The ultrasonic energy generated in the electrical box is transmitted to the handheld transducer through this socket and the side cable. Attention: When the electrical box is in operation, the electrodes inside this socket have a high voltage current. Do not expose them or touch them with your hands.
5. Safe tube holder: One of the safety devices of the machine, equipped with a safety tube (2A) inside.
- Attention:
If the electrical box is overloaded during operation, the fuse inside the fuse will automatically disconnect to protect other components inside the box.
6. Power cord: Connect the power cord from the electrical box to the external power source, and plug the plug into the power socket.
7. Welding head: The ultrasonic energy converted by the transducer is transmitted to the workpiece through the welding head, and then the welding purpose is achieved through the force of human hands. Attention: The dimensions of each part of the welding head are designed and manufactured based on the principle of acoustic transmission. Therefore, the shape and size of the welding head cannot be changed arbitrarily to avoid affecting the normal use of the machine or causing the welding head to be scrapped. When replacing the welding head, the power must be disconnected.
8. Vibration cylinder: made of insulating material, equipped with a transducer and welding head, for the operator to hold by hand. Attention: The built-in transducer converts the high-voltage current drawn from the electrical box into mechanical energy through the transducer. Therefore, please do not disassemble or crush the outer shell of the vibration generator without permission to avoid electric shock and ensure safety.
9. Sound wave control switch: This sound wave control switch is designed for the operator to control the sound wave emission during operation. During operation, the operator aligns the welding head with the workpiece to be welded lightly presses this switch, and applies force to work.
10. Output control cable joint: Transfer the ultrasonic energy generated in the electrical box to the joint on the transducer through the connection with the cable.
- Usage of Children's Toys Ultrasonic Welding Machine
1. Connect one end of the cable to the output control cable connector on the generator, and the other end to the output control cable socket on the back of the electrical box, and tighten it.
2. Wipe the connection surface of the welding head clean, connect it to the transducer of the vibration cylinder, and tighten it with a wrench. Attention: When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the two connection surfaces between the welding head and the transducer match and lock tightly. Do not let the connecting screws be too long or the teeth fail to lock, otherwise, it may cause poor sound wave transmission and result in damage to the machine.
3. When loading and unloading welding heads, two wrenches must be used to clamp the welding head and the transducer separately. It is not allowed to lock or load only one part to avoid damage to the hand-held vibration cylinder.
4. After checking the installation of points 1 and 2, plug the power cord socket into the external power socket and turn the power switch. At this time, the power indicator light will light up.
5. Lightly press the sound wave control switch. At this time, you can hear the "squeaking" sound of the welding head when the sound wave is transmitted to the welding head, indicating that the machine is working normally and can be put into use.
6. When the machine malfunctions during operation, do not disassemble the equipment without authorization. Please notify the supplier or send the equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and repair.
