The rotary ultrasonic soldering machine is composed of servo control system, automatic frequency tracking ultrasonic system and man-machine interface. The servo control system controls the welding head of ultrasonic soldering machine to walk up and down, with high speed, low noise and accurate welding. The man-machine interface is a Chinese and English display interface, which completely displays various parameters, status and welding data. The welding mode can be arbitrarily switched and selected according to the welding requirements, such as time mode, energy mode and depth + torque mode. The operation is simple and easy to understand. By loading a certain pulse current on the hot indenter (i.e. welding die), the hot indenter generates heat quickly and heats up the connected objects. When the temperature rises to the welding melting point (i.e. heats up to the preset temperature, and sets the welding temperature according to the size of the product solder joint or the size of the welding die), the connected objects are melted and connected together.

Preparation for commissioning rotary ultrasonic soldering machine
1. Installation environment.
2. The ultrasonic soldering machine with multi-station should be installed on a stable and firm workbench because the ultrasonic welding will produce high-frequency vibration, and the equipment position may shift after long-term use. Installing on a firm workbench can avoid this situation.
3. The space where the ultrasonic welding machine is used shall be far away from other heat sources, and there will be 200mm gap reserved behind the equipment and the electric box to facilitate ventilation and line distribution. Because the energy conversion of mechanical equipment will produce heat residue (less heat residue) and the circuit board of the electric box needs heat dissipation, the equipment shall be far away from the heat source as possible, and should be pay attention to ventilation.
4. After placing the ultrasonic welding machine, we should start to connect the power (that is, plug in the electric box and the welding machine). Before connecting the power, we need to determine the power supply voltage. Generally, the ultrasonic welding machine uses 220V power supply. If the power supply voltage is unstable, it needs to be equipped with AC power regulator.
5. The power supply of the ultrasonic welding machine has been grounded. If necessary, the copper screw at the back of the base can also be grounded. The grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4 Ω.
6. Next, connect the air pipe to the air inlet of the air filter behind the equipment to ensure that the interface is closed.
