The ultrasonic torsional welding machine adopts a rotary table multi station structure and a frequency divider, which has the advantages of accurate positioning and high efficiency. The equipment adopts automatic material preparation equipment with mechanical arm, which further improves the work efficiency. It can protect workers from using the machine during welding operations to ensure safe use.
Basic structure and function of each part
1. The ultrasonic generator generates an ultrasonic vibration system that requires a high-frequency power supply. The circuit can automatically identify and match the frequency of the ultrasonic vibration system. The ultrasonic generator is placed at the bottom of the rack independently, and the LED displays the frequency, amplitude, output and other information of the ultrasonic system, which can also be set.
The ultrasonic vibration system includes ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn and ultrasonic mold. These three parts resonate as a whole, have the central resonance frequency, and match with the ultrasonic generator. It can convert ultrasonic electric energy into mechanical vibration energy with the same frequency, and the normal frequency is between 19.70-20.10.
3. The automatic turntable system adopts a stepping motor equipped with a speed regulating device, which can adjust the speed of the turntable;
4. The automatic manipulator device system includes cross arm device, up and down action and hand clamping. When working, the horizontal sliding moving device moves to the top of the product driven by the cylinder, and the manipulator moves up and down to clamp or release the product.
