Application and advantage of ultrasonic nanodispersion in

Jan 12, 2023

The core content of ultrasonic nanodispersion is how to solve the agglomeration problem of nanoparticles. Because nanoparticles themselves are very easy to agglomerate, it is very difficult to get a single dispersed nanoparticle. How to make the nanoparticle evenly dispersed into the matrix is the key technology of nanotechnology. Our company series of ultrasonic products is the use of ultrasonic cavitation used to disperse the agglomeration of particles. It is the particle suspension (liquid) required to be treated in the field, with appropriate ultrasonic amplitude and action time to be treated. Due to the inherent characteristics of powder particle agglomeration, for some powder which is not well dispersed in the medium, an appropriate amount of dispersant can be added to keep it in a stable state of dispersion. Application of ultrasonic nano dispersion: Ultrasonic emulsification with its "cavitation effect" to achieve oil and water emulsification, water and oil emulsification, dispersed phase and continuous phase mixing homogenization, is a modern acoustic chemical means to replace the propeller, colloidal mill and other traditional emulsification process. An important feature of phacoemulsification is that very stable emulsion can be produced with little or no emulsifier. The obvious advantages of phacoemulsification have promoted it in food, paper, paint, chemical industry, medicine, textile, fuel thermal power, fuel central air conditioning, petroleum, metallurgy and many other industrial processing has been more and more widely used, among which fuel combustion with water is an important project to rise again in China.

Advantages of ultrasonic nano dispersion :1, ultrasonic instrument is simple and fast to operate, without heating, because of ultrasonic catalysis, reactants react with each other faster; 2, can accelerate the solvent penetration of tissue, accelerate the effective components into the test solvent and enhance the presence rate of active components; 3, appropriate ultrasonic energy, can effectively deal with the damage of cell tissue or bacteria surface structure, stronger sterilization; 4, greatly save the test solvent (can save more than 40% of the solvent), high solution concentration, reduce the subsequent reaction energy consumption; 5, ultrasonic system can choose any mode to match and combine operation, such as circulating and static experimental mode.
