Handheld ultrasonic welder can automatically track and compensate the frequency, quickly respond to the frequency fluctuation of the triple resonance system, and it can automatically save the best frequency for the next starting frequency. Preparation of handheld ultrasonic welder before use

1) Operators should first understand the working principle of ultrasonic spot welding machine, the functions of various switches, indicators and display panels.

2) When unpacking, remove the antirust oil. When moving the equipment, it should apply force on the steel structure frame. And please do not use panel force to move the whole machine.

3) The portable ultrasonic spot welding machine should be placed in a space with an ambient temperature of 0 ° c~40 ° C, it should be dry indoor air, no dust, no corrosive gas and low vibration.

 

Usage of Handheld Ultrasonic Welder

1) First, connect the ground wire, connect the power supply - connect the air supply - turn on the power supply, and the pilot light is on.

2) Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator, the power indicator light is on, the output fault indicator light is slightly on, and the power adjustment knob is placed in a small position.

3) In use, if the output fault indicator light is on for some reason, which resulting in overcurrent protection, it is necessary to shut down, turn the power adjustment knob counter clockwise, and turn it down after the power is reduced.

4) During normal welding, the parts to be welded are clamped on the welding fixture, and the foot switch is stepped down for one welding.

5) Adjust the "welding time" knob to increase the welding time clockwise and decrease it counterclockwise.

6) Power, time and pressure are three important factors for the ultrasound welding system. Different specifications of workpiece require different power. Time, excitation and complex adjustment to achieve better process specifications.

7) When the ultrasonic transducer is unloaded, the ultrasonic generator cannot be connected for a long time, otherwise it is easy to generate heat and damage the transducer.

8) Remember to turn off the power switch after use.
