Judgment method of common faults of ultrasonic cleaning machine
1. Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. The indicator light is not on.
reason:No power input;
A. The power switch is damaged.
B. The safety wire acfu is blown.
2. Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. But there is no ultrasonic output. The indicator light is on,
reason:
A. The connecting plug between the transducer and the ultrasonic power board is loose;
B. Safety wire dcfu is blown;
C. Failure of ultrasonic power generator;
D. Transducer failure.
3. DC fuse dcfu of ultrasonic cleaner is blown.
reason:
A. The rectifier bridge stack or power tube is burnt out;
B. Transducer failure.
The machine has ultrasonic output, 4 Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. However, the cleaning effect is not ideal.
reason:
A. Improper liquid level of cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank;
B. Ultrasonic frequency coordination is not adjusted properly;
C. The liquid temperature in the cleaning tank is too high;
D. Improper selection of cleaning fluid.
