As the source of ultrasonic waves, the malfunction of the oscillator can also cause the machine to not emit waves. Check if the oscillator is properly inserted or damaged, ensure that the connecting rod is intact, and clean both the oscillator and the connecting rod.
The driving circuit is responsible for converting electrical energy into ultrasonic signals, and its failure can also cause the machine to not emit waves. Check if the circuit is normal, if the power connection is stable, and maintain the welding machine to prevent circuit aging.
Excessive welding may lead to uneven welding. Reducing welding time, lowering work pressure, adjusting the amplitude of the amplitude rod and ultrasonic mold can solve the problem.
Uneven welding may be caused by workpiece distortion or uneven distribution of mold amplitude. Exclude deformed workpieces, inspect and redesign the mold to ensure the stability and power of the ultrasonic machine.
Inconsistent welding results may be caused by factors such as workpiece errors, changes in power supply voltage, changes in gas source pressure, mold moisture, high or uneven filling ratios, incorrect design of conductive wires, and poor welding performance of materials. Drying molds and workpieces, reducing filler ratios, improving workpiece quality and material properties can solve these problems.
The occurrence of burrs and overflow on the joint surface may be caused by excessive welding line, workpiece deformation, long welding time, uneven size, or tight fitting. Reducing welding lines, lowering pressure, adjusting limits, minimizing deformation and welding time, and redesigning joint surfaces can solve the problem.
