What should we do when the ultrasonic cleaning machine is slow or not heated?

Slow ultrasonic cleaning effect

1. The liquid level of the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank is improper, and the water level is adjusted, generally 2-3 cm;

2. The liquid temperature in the cleaning tank is too high or too low;

3. Whether the selection of cleaning solution has changed, whether the concentration of cleaning solution is low, and whether the concentration is increased;

4. Open the ultrasonic cleaning machine shell and observe that the oil stain of the ultrasonic transducer falls off. For temporary treatment, the transducer can be skipped for connection.

The heating pipe of ultrasonic cleaning machine is not heated or slow:

1. The heating pipe is free of water and air, resulting in burning. Replace the heating pipe;

2. Use a meter to measure the resistance of the heating tube. The resistance of the heating tube is about 57 Ω when the 380V power is 3000W, and the resistance of the heating tube is about 48 Ω when the 220V power is 1000W;

3. Check whether the heating pipe is surrounded and blocked by dirt, which affects the heating work;

4. For mechanical temperature control, please check whether there is liquid flowing out from the temperature control probe, and replace the temperature control probe.
