Uc-9000 series LCD Display Ultrasonic Cleaner is a new ultrasonic cleaning machine with LCD and controller. Why does the LCD Display Ultrasonic Cleaner trip?
The first reason may be that the circuit of the ultrasonic cleaner is short circuited:
The circuit of the contactor or heater is wrongly connected, or the circuit is aging, which may cause a short circuit in the circuit, thus causing the tripping of the ultrasonic cleaner.
Solution: Correct the wrong wiring, or replace the aging circuit.
The second reason is that the rectifier bridge inside the ultrasonic cleaner generator is short circuited
Short circuit of rectifier bridge of ultrasonic cleaner generator will also cause tripping of ultrasonic cleaner.
Solution: Use the diode gear of the multimeter to measure the rectification bridge discipline one by one. If a short circuit pin is found, it proves that the rectification bridge has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
The third reason may be that the cleaning frequency is not set properly:
When there are too many articles in the ultrasonic cleaner and the set cleaning frequency is too high, the tripping phenomenon will also occur.
Solution: reduce the cleaning frequency.
The fourth reason may be equipment leakage: such as heater leakage, line leakage, adapter or power cord plug leakage, etc.
Solution: Find out the place where the equipment leaks electricity. The place where the leakage is most likely to occur is the heating element or heater on the equipment. If the heater is burnt out or the insulation tissue drops, the leakage will occur. After finding the place where the leakage occurs, repair or replace the heater. If the ultrasonic cleaner is used in a high humidity environment, it is better to connect a ground wire to the equipment shell.
