Ultrasonic cutting avoids the use of sharp blades and high-intensity pressure, and will not cause physical tearing and damage to the material being cut. Since the ultrasonic rubber cutting blades are always in high-frequency ultrasonic vibration, the surface of the cutting knife will produce a very smooth flow effect, and the material to be cut is not easy to stick to the blade. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the cutting of viscous or elastic materials, such as the cutting of various rubber and preventive materials. During ultrasonic cutting, because the cutting part will produce fusion under the action of high temperature, the cutting part can be quickly sealed, which can effectively prevent the loosening of the tissue generated at the cut part.
