Precautions for using Ultrasonic Extractor Processor

1. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the machine when the horn is not inserted into the liquid (no load), otherwise the transducer or ultrasonic generator will be damaged.

2. The amount of extraction, the length of time, and the power need to be determined by the user based on various extractions, and the most accurate value can be selected.

3. Do not touch the generator case after opening it to prevent electric shock. This instrument has reliable performance and is generally not easily damaged.

4. The value displayed by the power meter is related to the voltage, the depth of the horn inserted into the liquid level and the load, and the concentration and consistency of the extracted sample. The deeper the horn is inserted into the liquid level, the greater the load concentration, and the displayed value may be slightly smaller. On the contrary, it is slightly higher.

6. Multiple operations in a short period of time are better than continuous long-term operations. In order to prevent the liquid from heating up, a longer gap time can be set. Uninterrupted long-term operations can easily cause no-load and shorten the service life of the ultrasonic extraction and processing equipment.
