Ultrasonic Ribbon Lace Machine is a very mature application product, which uses the ultrasonic welding process for webbing and lace welding. Ultrasonic ribbon lace machine has no heat radiation when sewing. Ultrasonic energy is used through the material layer without heat radiation. During the continuous stitching process, heat will not be transferred to the product, which is particularly valuable for thermal product packaging. Under the traction of welding wheel and pressing wheel, the fabric passes between them and is welded by ultrasonic wave. The welding seam is controlled by changing the pressing wheel, and the size and embossing of the welding seam are changed, which is more flexible and convenient to use.
