Installation inspection of Ultrasonic System Vibrating Screen
1. Correctly connect the power supply of the ultrasonic generator to the ultrasonic interface of the screening machine.
2. Turn the fine-tuning knob on the power supply of the ultrasonic generator to a small position, turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator, and observe whether there is any abnormality in the ammeter (under normal circumstances, the current should be less than or greater than 200mA).
3. Check and debug the vibrating screen machine to ensure that the material running trajectory conforms to the standard running trajectory.
4. Run the vibrating screen, adjust the knob, and fine-tune the ultrasonic generator power supply to make the screen reach the ideal state. (Current should be less than 200mA)
5. Under normal circumstances, the ultrasonic vibrating screen can feed materials evenly and then enter normal operation.
Maintenance tips of Ultrasonic System Vibrating Screen
Doing a good job in daily maintenance can effectively extend the service life of the screening machine and improve production quality. The following is the daily maintenance process:
1. Keep handover records for each shift, and record in detail production output, mechanical failures encountered and how to solve them;
