Common problems of transducer of ultrasonic cleaner parts
A. Parts sensor of ultrasonic cleaning machine is damp
Usually use a megger to check the insulation resistance between the positive and negative poles of the sensor. The insulation resistance is generally required to be above 30 megohm. If this insulation resistance is not reached, the parts of the ultrasonic cleaner (ultrasonic sensor) are damp.
The maintenance method is to put the whole sensor into the oven, set it at about 100 ℃, dry it for 3 hours or dehumidify it with a blower until the resistance is normal.
B. The sensor vibrator is on fire and the ceramic material is broken.
Maintenance can be combined with eye and megger inspection. Generally speaking, as an emergency treatment measure, a single damaged sensor can be cut off without affecting the normal use of other sensors.
C. Ultrasonic cleaning vibrator degumming
After the common vibrator is degummed, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal. However, due to the poor contact between the vibrator and the vibrating surface, the energy cannot be released after a long time, and the ultrasonic cleaning vibrator may be burned out. Ultrasonic cleaning transducer degumming is very troublesome for users. Generally, it can only be sent back to the manufacturer for maintenance.
D. Stainless steel vibrating surface perforation
Generally, the vibration surface perforation of the ultrasonic transducer may occur after 10 years of full load, which is caused by the long-term high-frequency vibration on the vibration surface of the stainless steel plate. The vibration surface perforation indicates that the service life of the transducer has reached, and generally it can only be replaced and repaired.
