Bonding Technology of Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Ceramic Sensor in Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
1. Preparation
According to the requirements of the consumption obligation sheet, carefully reflect and confirm, and prepare the ultrasonic transducer (matched correctly), cylinder block, mesh pad, glue, etc. required for bonding.
2. Sandblasting
Stop sandblasting the ultrasonic transducer and cylinder body that need to be bonded. The sandblasting bonding surface should be as rough as possible. Use 30 meshes of diamond sand for sandblasting. The sand must be dry and often selected (each time it is put into the sandbox). The pressure of compressed air during sandblasting should be ≥ 6KG, and the high-pressure air after dehumidification through the air source disposer.
3. Cleaning
Stop cleaning the cylinder body and ultrasonic transducer sprayed with sand. First stop cleaning the transducer with methanol, remove the sand and other dust on the surface, and then stop rinsing with acetone; The cylinder block shall be rinsed with water, then pickled, and then rinsed and cleaned. After cooling and drying, the cylinder block shall be rinsed with methanol and acetone respectively. The mesh pad shall be cleaned with stainless steel mesh of ≤ 30 meshes and thickness ≤ 0.15 (electrolytic disposal if possible) for standby.
4. Drying and preheating
Put the cleaned ultrasonic transducer, cylinder block and mesh pad into the oven to stop drying. After drying at 60 ℃ - 80 ℃ for 2 hours, stop bonding when the temperature is about 40 ℃. After all the preparatory tasks for bonding are completed, the bonding shall be stopped quickly after the glue (at normal temperature) is prepared and fully harmonious.
5. Gluing
a) Put the treated cylinder block on the bonding plate, and wipe the bonding area with acetone and cotton cloth again.
b) Wipe the bonding surface of the ultrasonic transducer with acetone and cotton cloth again.
c) Preheat for 1-2 minutes after preparing sufficient and harmonious glue. (The amount of glue to be prepared each time shall not be too much, subject to the 20-30 joints being bonded at a time.) The glue shall be prepared at 5G/head, with a ratio of 1:0.4 (the adhesive shall be as accurate as possible compared with the curing agent).
d) When the cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer are cooled to about 40 ℃, stop bonding. During bonding, evenly apply glue on the cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer, place mesh on both ends, and then press firmly. The bonding speed should be fast. The bonding time should not exceed 10 minutes after each configuration of glue (it is required to do enough preparatory work)
e) After the glue is finished, stop pressurizing for disposal (it is necessary to sing a work uniform and use a spring to soft press).
6. Curing
Put the glued cylinder block into a dust-free oven to stop curing. The curing temperature is 40-50 ℃ for one time, and after curing for 30 minutes, the second heating is 60-70 ℃, and after curing for 30 minutes, the third heating is 80 ℃, and after curing for 2 hours, and after natural curing for 24 hours, check the connection. Curing heating is controlled by programmable intelligent temperature controller.
7. Detection
Stop testing the solidified Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Ceramic Sensor. The bonding impedance of each transducer (60W, 22, 25, 28KHZ) is about 250 Ω, and cannot exceed 300 Ω. Stop testing the characteristics of the transducer (no clutter). The impedance value of the ultrasonic transducer on the same cylinder block should be close to the difference as much as possible, and cannot exceed 20% of the uniform value (about ± 50 Ω). Remove the ultrasonic transducer that does not meet the requirements and re glue it.
8. Connection
Stop connecting the defective ultrasonic transducer of the whole cylinder. The connecting wire shall be firmly connected with a 75W soldering iron without faulty soldering. The positive and negative electrodes shall use wires of different colors. The positive wire shall be sheathed with yellow wax sleeve. At first, all joints shall be sheathed with heat shrinkable tubes.
Stop insulation detection for the connected whole cylinder ultrasonic transducer: measure with a 3721 digital megameter. When the voltage is 2500V, the insulation of the whole cylinder shall be ≥ 1000M Ω (air humidity during detection shall be ≤ 60%). If the value is lower than this value, find out the reason and dispose again.
3、 Glue storage
The glue should be kept in the refrigerator at 0-5 ℃. The glue that is not used up after opening the can should be covered and pasted with sealing tape before being put into the refrigerator; You should always reflect on the shelf life of the control glue, so that you can get in early and use it early, and you don't have to use it when it is due.
4、 Environmental requirements
The ultrasonic transducer workshop should always adhere to a clean and dry sanitary environment, and the workshop should always be cleaned, dedusted and dehumidified.
a) The workshop temperature shall be 15-20 ℃ and the humidity shall be ≤ 50-60%.
b) The workshop shall be cleaned at least once a day (with mopping and wiping). After cleaning, moisture and pollution shall be removed in time.
c) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the workshop, and doors and windows are always closed.
d) When disassembling the ultrasonic transducer, wear task clothes and white cotton gloves. It is strictly forbidden to operate it indirectly by hand.
e) The inside of the oven should always be wiped clean and kept in good shape.
f) The tools used should always be kept clean
