What about the technology of ultrasonic embedding？
Ultrasonic implant is the process of embedding metal parts into thermoplastic materials through ultrasonic. Ultrasonic embedded copper nuts are common.
Ultrasonic vibration contacts the metal insert through the welding head, so that its heat is transmitted to the embedded hole of the plastic part, causing the part of the plastic interfered by the embedded hole to melt and flow into the bottom of the embedded hole and the tooth pattern of the insert. When this part of the plastic is solidified, the metal insert is fixed in the embedded hole of the plastic part.
Ultrasonic embedment is not limited by the type of embedment. Many other types of applications, such as eye frame hinges, machine screws, screws, metal gaskets, metal inner shells of lipstick tubes, round pins, metal shafts, metal meshes, metal screens, etc.
Does the Automatic Ultrasonic Welding Machine emit radiation? Is it harmful to the human body?
The mechanical vibration waves emitted by ultrasonic plastic welding machines do not emit radiation. At present, there is no relevant evidence to prove that ultrasonic welding machine radiation causes significant harm to the human body, but the only drawback is that the secondary friction between the machine welding head and plastic parts will produce infrasound waves. The decibel of the infrasound wave is 90-120 decibels, which has clearly exceeded the maximum noise level threshold of 70 decibels.
However, sound waves have a short generation time and duration, and the damage to the human ear is not significant. However, personnel who have been on the production line for a long time must wear anti noise devices, such as earplugs, earmuffs, etc., to avoid causing tinnitus and dizziness, and to prevent long-term work from affecting hearing!
