1. Connection firmness
When using ultrasonic hot pressing for plastic parts, the first thing to ensure is firmness, which shall be tested by hand wrench and tension meter.
2. Internal structure
The principle of ultrasonic hot pressing is high-frequency vibration. After crimping, the internal electronic structure may be damaged or the plastic column may be broken. Shake to confirm whether the product has abnormal noise; Electronic products directly test whether the current structure is damaged after power on.
3. Appearance
Check whether there are scratches and indentations on the product surface, focusing on the four corners.
4. Welding surface
Check whether there is glue overflow/weld on the welding surface.
5. Tightness
Blow air inside to check whether there is liquid leakage or air leakage.
