Daily maintenance of Digital Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine：
1>Keep ultrasonic welder machine parts well ventilated.
2>Regularly check whether the wire connector is loose.
3>The bottom mold of the welding head and the workpiece shall always be kept clean.
4>Lift grooves and screws shall be regularly smeared with yellow grease and kept clean
5>Keep the air circulation in the workplace, and the ambient temperature should not be too high. (40 ° C or less)
6>Clean the air filter regularly with detergent or water and do not use volatile solvents.
7>Wipe the welding machine regularly, but do not use liquid for cleaning. Do not place heavy objects or liquids above the vibration generator box.
8>When transporting the welder machine, the ultrasound vibration generator box shall be separated from the machine body (remove the cable socket), and be careful during handling to avoid impact.
9>When the ultrasonic plastic welder hasn't in use for a long time, please clean the machine and important parts, like wipe them with oil, cover the machine envelope, and place them in a dry and ventilated place.
10>Regularly open the cover of the ultrasonic generator control box to clean the dust with a clean air gun without moisture.
