Q: How to use Intelligent Ultrasonic Welding Machine?
The first scheme is fusion welding: local high temperature is generated by raising resistance to melt the contact surface, so as to achieve a neat, beautiful, fast and solid effect. The second scheme is the riveting method: this is to use ultrasonic wave to make the welding of two different objects crisp and lasting. The third scheme is the embedding method: when other small metal objects such as screw heads need to be inserted into the plastic workpiece, it uses ultrasonic wave to make the metal vibrate and embed it into the plastic workpiece. At the same time, the workpiece is melted and then solidified.
Q: Does the plastic ultrasonic welder use 380V voltage?
The plastic ultrasonic welding machine converts 220V/50HZ power supply into 20KHz or 15KHz high voltage electrical energy, and uses the transducer to convert it into mechanical energy. The mechanical vibration is amplified by the secondary rod and transmitted to the object to be processed through the welding head. The air pressure is used to produce the effect of pressurized friction welding of the workpiece contact surface.
At present, all machines on the market use 220V voltage, but there is no 380V voltage
