H60s is a servo ultrasonic bumper welder designed and manufactured by jiayuanda technology. The ultrasonic bumper welder uses a servo motor to control the actions of the upper fixture, the lower fixture and the hot pressing plate.
Jiayuanda technology uses parts from Europe, Japan and Taiwan to design ultrasonic welding machines. Relevant mechanical parts are processed with high precision and processed through multiple complex processes to ensure their accuracy, duration and machine duration and accuracy.
The Ultrasonic Bumper Welding Machine controls the temperature in PID through temperature controller or temperature module. The hot plate welding area of the machine is 300*260 (mm), which can be used to weld hot parts of most specifications.

FAQ
What if the button of ultrasonic bumper welding machine can't be pressed?
1. Turn on the switch of ultrasonic welding machine.
2. Turn on the power supply of ultrasonic welding machine.
3. Check and adjust the air source.
4. Adjust the travel switch.
5. Replace the solenoid valve.
6. Check the line connection.
This is mainly due to the following reasons:
1. The switch of ultrasonic welding machine is not turned on.
2. The power supply of ultrasonic welding machine is not plugged in properly.
3. The air pressure of the welding machine is low.
4. The travel switch is not in place.
5. The solenoid valve is broken.
6. The signal line of welding machine is not in good contact.
