Ultrasonic Welder adopts fully automatic frequency, which can match welding molds of various sizes and molds of different designs. The automatic tracking frequency range is 15KHz, 20kHz and 35kHz. The Ultrasonic Soldring Welder adopts the design of coaxial direct pressure with the reverse back of the square cylinder to balance the pressure and improve the welding accuracy.

It uses CPU computer to monitor various programs, which is fast and adaptable. The "system protection monitoring" function of the built-in protection system will respond to the following situations: overload caused by high temperature and pressure, excessive current of the ultrasonic generator, loose welding head, transducer or transducer, generator circuit failure, etc. Automatic tuning enables the ultrasonic generator to automatically track and compensate the change of welding head frequency. When the temperature is too high, the surface of the welding head is worn or there is debris on the welding head, the frequency will change.

The Ultrasonic Plastic Soldring Machine has built-in automatic constant amplitude system. Ultrasonic amplitude can be stepless adjusted between 50%-100% to adapt to different welding work.
