1. The connection glue between the ultrasonic transducer and the cleaning tank body is loose, which will cause the piezoelectric ceramic chips to break, which can be seen with the naked eye. Shake the tail of the vibrator gently, and carefully observe the glue on the vibration surface. The emergency treatment measure is to disconnect individual damaged vibrators, which will not affect the normal use of other vibrators. Generally, it can only be sent back to the ultrasonic cleaner equipment factory for solution. In order to prevent the vibrator from degumming, avoid hitting the vibrating surface during normal use.
2. After the ultrasonic cleaning transducer is used at full load for several years, the vibration surface may be perforated. If the environment is wet or the installation process of the transducer is improper, the vibrator of the ultrasonic cleaner cleaner is easy to be damp. In this case, you can use a megger to check the plug connected to the transducer. Two pins are the positive pole of the ultrasonic cleaning transducer, and three pins are connected to the shell of the transducer, which is the negative pole of the transducer. The basic situation can be judged by checking the insulation resistance between pins 2 and 3. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 30 megohms. If the insulation resistance is less than 30 megohms, the transducer is generally damp. At this time, just put the transducer into the oven as a whole, set it at about 100 ℃, and bake it for 3 hours or use a hair dryer to blow it until the resistance is normal.
