1. Composition of ultrasonic transducer: Ultrasonic transducer is composed of shell, matching layer, piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer, backing, lead cable and Cymbal array receiver. The piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer is made of pZT-5 piezoelectric material with thickness direction polarization. The Cymbal array receiver consists of 8 ~ 16 Cymbal transducers, two metal rings and rubber gaskets.
2. Working principle of ultrasonic transducer: Ultrasonic sensor is a sensor developed by using the characteristics of ultrasonic wave. Ultrasonic wave is a mechanical wave whose vibration frequency is higher than that of sound wave. It is produced by the vibration of the energy converter chip under the excitation of voltage. It has the characteristics of high frequency, short wavelength, small diffraction phenomenon, especially good directivity, and can become the ray and directional propagation.
