1, choose the screen to strictly check its quality, good quality. The screen generally has the upper screen layer and the lower stress layer two layers, the two layers are required to be closely fitted, if the screen pre-tensioning process is poor, when the screen stress layer is taut, the screen layer is not taut, it will reduce the throwing force of drilling cuttings, can not discharge drilling cuttings;
2, the motor steering also directly affects the damage of the screen, in the debugging of vibration motor steering, the operator plays according to the use of the previous single-axis shaker or linear shaker experience, that as long as the drill cuttings go forward, but this method is not suitable for the horizontal elliptical shaker. If the motor rotates to the inside by mistake, the shooting Angle is also forward, but the drilling cuttings have the force of rolling back, then the drilling cuttings move forward much slower, stay on the screen for a long time, and even lead to the drilling cuttings can not be discharged. At this point, the vibrator cover should be removed to check whether the eccentric block is rotated outwardly; Replace any 2 phase lines in the electric control box into the line power supply, sprinkle some sand on the screen, sand discharging faster is the correct direction; Or stop the screen box operation, the vibrating screen will slowly stop, observe the small points on the side plate in the oval trajectory formed when the vibrating screen operation, to the sand mouth rolling direction for the correct direction;
3. When the tensioning strength of the screen mesh is not enough, it will cause the vibration of the screen mesh, and it is easy to cause fracture or damage along the edge of the screen mesh or the edge of the lamination;
4. When drilling cuttings accumulate fast on the screen, they will also damage the screen and increase the vibration amplitude. Change the mesh number of screen mesh or adjust the flow rate of single screen to ensure that the flow dead point of drilling fluid is close to the screen outlet, so that the drilling cuttings can be discharged smoothly under the lubrication effect of drilling fluid; Flush the screen and drill cuttings with water, reduce the viscosity of drill cuttings, adjust the screen Angle at the sand outlet to downward, which is conducive to the discharge of cuttings by gravity.
In addition to the above measures, the daily maintenance and maintenance of the vibrating screen is also crucial, is the first necessary condition to reduce screen wear.
