How to make the effect of ultrasonic compound machine better?

The proper adjustment of the ultrasonic compound machine plays a key role in the normal operation, quality improvement and performance maintenance of the embossing machine. The embossing machine shall be properly adjusted. In this way, we can get half the result with twice the effort.
1、 Adjust the air pressure. The pneumatic valve is beside the pressure gauge of the embossing machine. Adjust the pressure according to the thickness of the processing material or the processing property (embossing or joint). When processing thick materials or embossing, the air pressure should be higher; On the contrary, the air pressure should be lower for thin materials or sewing. The air pressure is individually adjusted within the range of 25Kg/cm.
2、 Acoustic wave detection and adjustment of ultrasonic embossing machine. Press the audio test switch. If the needle of the amplitude display rises sharply and exceeds 100, it means that the frequency is too far from the resonance point, and the rotation of the audio adjustment must be adjusted. Visually check the embossing machine amplitude display, press the audio test search switch with the left hand, rotate the audio adjustment with the right hand, and adjust the pointer to the low point of zui. When adjusting, if the embossing machine index does not decrease but rises, it will rotate in the opposite direction. The mission point is that the index reading of the amplitude meter is within 50, and the target reading of the galvanometer is below 0.6A. The manufacturer of ultrasonic embossing machine shall tighten the butterfly nut after adjusting the sound wave. The adjustment method of the embossing machine has a long-term impact on the forward embossing morality, so attention should be paid to the adjustment of the embossing machine.
Generally speaking, there are two kinds of working principle analysis of embossing roll, one is plate type, the other is roll type. Different processes have different missions. The electroengraving roller is a kind of laser plate making roller that changes the etching plate roller or electroengraving roller with a screen depth of about 38 μ m~42 μ m into a laser plate making roller with a screen depth of about 24 μ m~28 μ m. The plate roller also needs to be made of corrosion-resistant materials. The leather surface of steel plate (embossing plate) or roller (embossing roller) with different patterns is used to press patterns or imitate the patterns of some biological leather grains.
