How to prevent the ceramic plate of ultrasonic transducers from breaking?
Jun 18, 2024
1. Control temperature:
High temperature can cause the aging of cable materials, decrease insulation performance, and may lead to the fragmentation of ceramic chips. Therefore, the temperature of the ultrasonic transducer should be controlled during the working process to avoid being too high.
Regularly inspect the heat dissipation system of the transducer to ensure its normal operation and prevent temperature rise caused by insufficient heat dissipation.
2. To avoid prolonged idle operation time:
When the transducer is operated without load, the current is small and the heat generated is minimal. However, due to the inability to dissipate heat, the temperature will rise, leading to the fragmentation of the ceramic pieces. Therefore, prolonged no-load operation should be avoided.
3. Control frequency:
When using ultrasonic transducers, the frequency should be controlled reasonably and not too high to reduce the fatigue damage of ceramic sheets.
